• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost)

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders with in Qatar

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available 
  

5. International Shipping

• We currently do not offer international shipping but are working on expanding our reach. Stay tuned for updates!
