Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Glamour Chikan, we value your trust and strive to deliver premium-quality Chikankari products that exceed your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible return, refund, and exchange options under the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The item is not a part of a final sale, custom-stitched order, or personalized product, which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear or similar sensitive items.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@glamourchikanhandicrafts within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your Order Number, Item Name, and whether you are requesting a return or exchange.

  3. In case of exchange, specify the desired size or item you wish to receive.

After your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return shipping address. Items must be shipped back within 3 working days of return approval.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order, within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers may exchange the product for a different size, color, or a similar item of equal value.

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or suggest an alternative.

  • Exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following terms:

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after necessary verification.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (damaged or incorrect item).

  • In promotional offers like “Buy 1 Get 1 Free”, returns or refunds are applicable only if the entire combo is returned.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us clear images of the product with a brief description of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or altered garments

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without original packaging or labels
